TUSCAN VALLEY LANDSPACE

Toskana Valley's landscape was inspired by Tuscany and created by a professional team after touring the region in Italy. Plants and trees of the project was ordered from the number one plant provider in the world, Vannucci Piante at the project stage and 40 lorries of plants were brought to furnish main roads and common areas. 40 lorries of plants brought from Tuscany region in Italy for project landscape are the most important feature distinguishing the projects from its rivals. Toskana Valley covers only 75% of the project area and thus, is the perfect living space for those who would like to live the comfort of the city life within the nature. Gardens and common areas within the first stage of the project are home to approximately 90,000 plants of different kinds and 7,000 grape seedlings. With its panoramic terraces with lake view, common spaces and 2 km-long Park Verde featuring jogging and walking tracks, Toskana Valley communes with nature. Alongside the Park Verde which features all shades of green, Toskana Valley offers its residents a life within the nature with its panoramic terraces with lake view, lagoons and common areas. Bicycle roads are being built on all main roads within the valley and in the huge park, and passageways are being enriched with walking tracks.

A vineyard was also created in the phase 1 area of Toskana Valley on a 5400 m2 area with “Cabernet sauvignon and Sangiovese” grape seedlings. The harvest of this vineyard is planned to be used in winemaking. A new vineyard will be created on a field of 4000m2 behind the Toskana Çarşı with “Chardonay” grape seedlings in Phase 2. 3900 Chardonay seedlings will be planted and the harvest is planned to be used in white wine production. All seedlings were provided from Tuscany, Italy and south France. “Gaura lindheimeri” plant was used for the first time in Toskana Valley in a large scale residential project in Turkey. This plant blooms for 9 months in a year and sets an example for the other projects.
